BYOD JAMF Unenrollment Instruction for Mac
As of 05/01/2025 all personal computers will be asked to use the UCIH-Guest wifi network.

Unenrolling from JAMF
Keep in mind when unenrolling:
- Expect loss of access to corporate apps and data.
- Backup any critical data before unenrolling.
- Unenrolling removes configurations and applications that might impact compliance.
Step 1:
Open the Self-Service app.
Step 2:
In the left panel, click on Tools.
Step 3:
Locate the “JAMF Unenroll BYOD” app.

Step 4:
Click on Unenroll.
Step 5:
Confirm you want to Unenroll.
Step 6:
App will run and do the following:
- Disconnect your Mac from the UCIH-Staff WiFi
- Remove all MDM profiles
- Uninstall the “Self Service” app
Step 7:
Please open a ticket via our Self Service Portal to ask for Data Security assistance to have Sentinel ONE removed from your Macintosh computer.
Please be sure to include your device Serial Number in the request.
